Research/Development division for gameplay in standart and pioneer !
Dear Devs,
With "Phyrexia all will be one" set the gameplay started going down. How do you design mechanics - if they are unbalanced it kills the gameplay. Poison, mono red aggro / blue red ( mices, prowess, ) . Game is over on turn 2 or 3. Now you have the earthbending with mole and mill without any counter measures. Funny thing is some broken cards are allowed in Pioneer but banned in Historic ( cory steel cutter ) even though I thought Pioneer is "Standart out of rotation". You need to seriously think when designing a set on balanced and fair gameplay.
For any mechanic there should be a counter mechanic. Period.
