Can no longer switch back to the Karn avatar
Hi, for a long time I was using the Karn avatar. I recently bought another avatar and switched to it, but I found that I can no longer switch back to the Karn avatar I was using as it doesn't show up in the avatars screen. Is this a bug? Is there a way to restore the Karn avatar to my account? Thanks

I and many other players seem to have this same issue.
All of the old default avatars from 2020 are missing after taking a multiple year break from the game.
I am still using Jaya avatar, but it doesn't show that I own it for some reason. Same with all the others like Karn. Completely missing now.
I sent screenshots and proof that i played back in 2020, but the only replies I get back are "Your account has been reviewed and we can see the items were not on the account before." Like yeah no wonder old default avatars don't have the same code as avatars I have bought, but clearly it is a bug that they don't exist on my account, since I am actively using a "ghost" Jaya, which I used back in 2020 when the game had a roster of different default avatars...
I would include a picture, but I can't get enough of the avatars to show in just one screenshot.
My friend who played back in 2020 still has all of the old default ones available.
This is an obvious bug that many people have complained about also on reddit, so why does nobody investigate what's up with it?
