Unable to block

Arena hung today during a Bo1 ECL game; when I reconnected, I could not block. Tapping my creatures did not select them, to be precise. I lost the game as a result (ending my draft). This was in iOS after today's update.

Please refund my draft cost.

This has happened to me a few weeks ago.

I selected capture log, but I can't find the file.
It looks like Magic Arena didn't capture the log.

Can I still get a refund?
