Battlefield placement of objects
Everything jumbled into center of battlefield. My lands on opponents side, his lands on mine. Lands over creatures unable to target opponents creatures for removal. Horrible mess.

Same thing happened to me. I couldn't see what my opponent had on the battlefield and ended up having to concede. It was miserable
