[Yera and Oski, Weaver and Guide] returning to the battlefield from Exile triggers Surveil overlay instead of "Look into opponents hand and choose a card type". In my case it returned to battlefield because it had been exiled by Sheltered by Ghosts, and I exiled with Sheltered by Ghosts the opponents creature enchanted by Sheltered by Ghosts, but apparently bugs out when it returns to the battlefield for many reasons.
No action is possible during the Surveil overlay, spending all the time until you lose the rest of your turn (or game in some cases) and Yera enters the battlefield choosing "Artifact".
