Mutagen tokens free
Was playing against a mutant/mutagen deck, and the other player could activate their mutagens without paying any mana.
Help!

I'm running in to the same bug. It's supposed to cost 1 generic mana to ***** the token, but I've seen myself & my opponents ***** Mutagen for free counters.
