Don & Raph, Hard Science: Cost reduction ability does not work
After attacking with "Don & Raph, Hard Science", the effect does not work. I've held multiple types of noncreature spells: enchantments, instants, sorceries, and had 3 artifacts on the field from "Mouser Foundry " and "Bespoke Bo" and there is never an opportunity to get a discount. It says it triggered and the ability shows on the left, but it is not actually usuable.

I don't think full control helps with this. I just cast a 3 cost noncreature artifact while the ability effect was displayed on the left. It took 3 mana and the effect disappeared. But I noticed that it came into play having gained Affinity, like it gains the ability after you've already paid to cast it. A lot of good it does on the battlefield...

Even with priority I was having this issue. It gives no reduction to the cards. Lost a few games now

Hey, just another player, but if you hold full control it does work. But yeah it just passes priority immediately if you don't hold full control which messed me up to.
