I am writing to report an issue that occurred during a Draft match in MTG Arena which resulted in an unfair loss.
During the game, my internet connection was functioning normally, but the client appeared to be bugged. My timeouts were being consumed automatically even though I was connected and able to see the game board. However, I had no option to take any actions in the game (cast spells, declare blockers, or interact with the interface).
As a result, the match was lost due to timeouts despite my connection working properly. This appears to have been a client-side bug rather than a connectivity issue.
I have attached a screenshot from the match as evidence of the situation.
Since this occurred during a Draft event, I would kindly like to request reimbursement of the entry fee (1,500 gems), as the loss was caused by a technical issue outside of my control.
