Thank you very much for refunding the draft entry. I really appreciate the help and the quick support from your team.
I also wanted to ask if you have received similar reports from other Italian players who use a Telecom Italia Mobile (TIM) connection. In my case, the game currently works only when I play using a mobile hotspot, while the normal home connection seems to cause issues.
I’m curious to know if this is something affecting other TIM users in Italy as well, or if it might be specific to my setup.
