Unable to cast The Last Ronins Technique
I attacked with featherbrained filcher with 2 mana available, and was unblocked. I was unable to use the sneak ability to cast The Last Ronins Technique

I have experienced the same with Leonardo's Technique! I had 1 plains and 1 swamp untapped on 3 seperate turns, attacking unblocked with at least 2 creatures each time.
