“Unable to Login Authentication failed Timeout”
Have gone down every troubleshooting rabbit hole I have control over - this is happening from different networks, different devices, but from the same account - friend's account is fine
Looking at the logs, I'm not sure if I'm seeing a cached reattempt at connecting to the same front door? Either way, there are multiple posts on Reddit and here that are having similar account-bound issues.

Ive been trying to login since the update and it doesn't let me. Ive been waiting to see if its a server issue. Also ive tried redownloading and still nothing.

Same issue here for four days now. Contacted support and have been told to change my password... To no one's surprised, it didn't change anything. Also tried the flush DNS fix and obviously to reinstall the game. Still unable to play on my account, but playing on a freshie works perfectly fine.

Having the same issue, returning player that had no idea there was a patch and had logged in on mobile during the update similar to previous comment. A different account works on my devices but this account gets the error on three different devices.

Also not able to log in after the update. However, as I‘m playing on the iPad, I realized that I left the application active during the update. Might this be the reason for the bug?

Ive been unable to login for a few days. I made a ticket but whoever responded clearly did not read. I have attached a screenshot of the error. The issue persists on mac, steam, and iOS.

Same issue on iPhone, uninstalling and reinstalling gave me the chance to create a new account but after logging back in I still get the unable to login message
