Having the same issue on pc and on phone. I’m losing out on time for the battlepass I paid for. Can I get a refund if this isn’t fixed right away, its been over 24 hours.

Same issue since yesterdays afternoon.
Tried access from mobile device, stand alone pc and steam version.
Reinstalled and turned off firewall.
Nothing let's me get into my account, getting Timeout error.

Same here. Multiple devices, uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times, logged in and out multiples, just fully locked out of my account right now.

Haven’t been able to sign in since last night, but only on my account. My friend who just started can open the game on pc or mobile just fine, I can’t open either without this error.

Even tried from different network

i have the same problem, reinstalled the game but changed nothing. cant create a new account and cant login on handy aswell.

Happening to me as well. Second day of this and customer support hasn't been able to help.

It started yesterday with me. Both on my phone (wifi off) and my pc. These are the log files from me trying to login just now.

I have the same problem which occurred at the the end of my 5th or 6th game of a Foundations quick draft on the 24th of march.
Same error on different devices, on different network for this account.
