Still happening today. Just completely locked out of my account!

Same here. Multiple devices, uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times, logged in and out multiples, just fully locked out of my account right now.

Haven’t been able to sign in since last night, but only on my account. My friend who just started can open the game on pc or mobile just fine, I can’t open either without this error.

Same for me since yesterday.
Both Tablet and PC
Even tried from different network

I am also still encountering this issue for the past 36 hours..

i have the same problem, reinstalled the game but changed nothing. cant create a new account and cant login on handy aswell.

Happening to me as well. Second day of this and customer support hasn't been able to help.

It started yesterday with me. Both on my phone (wifi off) and my pc. These are the log files from me trying to login just now.

I have the same problem which occurred at the the end of my 5th or 6th game of a Foundations quick draft on the 24th of march.
Same error on different devices, on different network for this account.

A day later and still getting same message. My main account is now bricked.

seems to be continuously looping - tries to login after entering credentials then I get the unable to login message...

I am receiving the same error message

posting a new idea is not reporting a bug imo

I am having the same issue and have tried everything. Only one of my accounts is suffering from this error.
