I CAN'T ACCESS MY ACCOUNT
Hello, I'm reporting an error that's been driving me crazy all day, trying to find "possible solutions" that aren't working. Yesterday, while playing a game, the app unexpectedly closed on my iPhone. To my surprise, this morning when I tried to log back into my account, I couldn't get in. I got a black screen with the message "Unable to log in
Authentication failed for X: Timeout."
Before trying it on my PC (Windows), I tried clearing the app's cache, uninstalling and reinstalling it, trying with mobile data and Wi-Fi, and restarting my phone. None of those things worked. Then I saw that the exact same thing is happening on my PC.
I tried creating a new Wizards of the Coast account, and I can log in and play without any problems. I don't understand what the problem is with my account or what the solution is. I've spent all day trying to log in and trying solutions, and it's a complete waste of time.

I have the same problem. I think MTGA got network error since 3/25.
By the way, did you let other people login your account to purchase Gems?
If so, MTGA might restricts our account for this reason.
