Disrespectful Customer Service Agents closing my tickets without explanation or resolution - Where to report apart from their own platform?
Any request I create, are automatically closed now and tagged as "Solved".

This issue isn’t resolved But their IT department just keeps marking requests to fix it as resolved.
Keep reopening your requests.
Eventually they’ll figure out how to fix it. -

ITs the dumb user named Anja that closes them. His iq is that of a rock. He stays in his cubicle thinking he has some sort of power. Its probably the only thing he has in his miserable life
