incorrect mana cost
While playing my opponent had 5 total lands and they used the card pictured they did not have enough mana in any way to play the creature they picked from the top of my deck, this glitch repeats no matter what you may pick even if you do not have enough lands to play a creature or anything else as long as you have 1 mana or land open. My opponent had 5 total lands 3 untapped they somehow played a 5 CMC creature for 3 mana, this is a pattern with all cards like this especially when arena only mechanics are present in the deck they do not need to be in use to cause this problem.
