There is no L-slot cards in NEO flashback draft.
In new flashback draft NEO - only 14 cards in draft. Land card is missing. As long as this format has tapped dual lands it affects draft so much. For some reason you forgot to turn on 15th slot

Can confirm: was wondering why my decks were mysteriously short on gainlands until someone pointed it out.
