"Unable to Login: Exception Occurred"
Prior to the Strixhaven update, I was receiving an error message when logging in that stated the connection was timing out. However, now the the reason I am not able to login is an exception has occurred. This happens on my Samsung Galaxy S26, my up-to-date Windows 11 laptop PC, and my fiancé's Window's desktop 10 PC. I have tried on my phone over both a mobile network and Wi-Fi; Wi-Fi on my laptop, and my fiancé's LAN. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I have tried removing all the program files and then uninstalling and reinstalling. I do not believe it is a hardware, network, or software problem on my end. I believe it is a coding error that has somehow excluded newer accounts as that is the only difference between my account and my fiancé's account (he has no trouble logging into his account). I have not been able to login since April 14th.
