Return the Favor does not allow you to target spells when casting the redirect Spree choice.
Return's 2nd spree option doesn't work. Unable to use it to re-direct combat tricks to your own creature. Casting it and selecting only the 2nd option just plays the card, doesn't allow you to target a spell, and then immediately resolves.

I just ran across this as well. Spree is not at all working on the 2nd mode. In the game I just had the opponent played a creature with an effect targetting my creature, I played spree's 2nd effect to try to redirect it to kill his creature. Instead spree simply went to my graveyard, my creature died from the effect, and I lost the match.
Don't put cards in if you don't bother to code them!
