Pact of Negation pay bug
At the beginning of my upkeep when I receive priority if I have an instant I can use to pay the upkeep cost to keep from losing the game it never gives me the chance to pay it just automatically makes me lose.

Same issue. Except I could fetch the mana to pay, but lost without the ability to respond to the trigger.
