I also cant add or remove cards on Android sideboarding in bo3. I am so sick of this game just not working

I’m using an IPad. Haven’t been able to remove cards in best of 3 Standard matches for weeks now, whilst sideboarding.

I’ve also just experienced this bug. Would love to play Bo3 on my phone but this is unacceptable if this big har been around for so long

How long will you allow this bug to continue? This is ridiculous.

Voltei a jogar hoje, a nova temporada já começou e o problema ainda persiste ainda sem qualquer resposta ou previsão de uma solução. Como isso é possível? Um problema que praticamente inviabiliza o principal formato e ninguém se mexe para resolver?

I found the work around to switch via to vertical mode. Then you are able to move cards from the deck to the sideboard. But it is very frustrating to switch views and you can't see the cards only the cards game that way. Please fix asap!

Not being able to sideboard in best of 3 even casually is extremely frustrating. I dont want to waste gems trying to play anything and I cant sideboard. I cant rank up because of this and its almost time for ranks to reset. Wizards has to do something or compensate us

Thank you so much for your support.
Unfortunately, I have to reach out to you because, since the last update, I haven’t been able to play Best of Three with my Alchemy decks set up for this format and number of games – and that’s exactly what I’d have liked to do in these rounds to climb the Mythic rankings.
Unfortunately, the game doesn’t let me access the sideboard between matches. Android and PC windows issue.
Let me explain: the sideboard cards are clickable and I could add them to the main deck, but the main deck cards are never clickable, as if they didn’t exist, so I can’t remove them and move them to the sideboard.
I can only add cards, as I can’t remove anything from the main deck, which inevitably means I end up with more than 60 cards, and that makes no sense.
What’s more, even the side deck cards, once added to the main deck, are no longer clickable and remain trapped and locked there.
I’ve already run an internal debug of Arena, and the problem occurs in both Play and Ranked modes, whether I have card styles enabled or not, and with both old and new decks.
This is causing me a lot of problems for the end-of-month Ranked event.
I hope you can resolve this very soon so I can try to reach at least top 1250 or better.
