permantly phases out a land
when you play a land immediately after your wifi connection changes, the game accepts a land is played but it cannot be tapped for mana, continues even when game is closed and restarted after.

This also happened to me so I’ll add what I noticed here. I played a shivan reef and then about a second later my WiFi stuttered and it let me play another land. My opponent played a magus of the moon but the border didn’t change as it should. After the game when looking at the battlefield it is gone.
