These are bugs in the iOS mobile version.
They include issues such as being unable to adjust the number of cards in the sideboard in BO3, and being unable to tap a creature to activate its ability even when you have the initiative.

I don’t own a PC, so I mainly play this game on my mobile device. I do plan to buy a PC soon, though. It’s disappointing that I can’t play the game properly even though I spent nearly $200 on it the other day. I hope this issue is resolved as soon as possible.
