the game freezed then generating mana from already tapped lands
the game completely froze while I was attacking with my creatures, it was like the time was going down but i couldn't do anything, then suddenly it began to work again but it gave me the chance to use already tapped lands to get mana.

I disconnected and when i reconnected my lands stay tapped after passing turns. I could still use them but they were visually stuck tapped so i passed a turn or two
