Product Suggestion for MTG Arena Support in Southeast Asia (SEA)
Hello Wizards of the Coast Team,
I would like to submit feedback and product suggestions regarding MTG Arena accessibility and regional support in Southeast Asia, especially Thailand.
Current Issues
- MTG Arena is currently unavailable on Steam in Thailand
- MTG Arena is also unavailable on the iOS App Store in Thailand
- SEA players face regional access limitations compared to other regions
- The current regional structure involving China/Tencent does not properly support Southeast Asian players
Expected Improvements
I would like to respectfully suggest the following improvements:
- Official Steam availability for Thailand and additional SEA countries
- Official iOS App Store availability in Thailand
- Better regional support and communication dedicated to SEA players
- Consider establishing a dedicated Southeast Asia publishing/distribution partner, potentially based in Singapore, separate from the China/Tencent regional ecosystem
Why This Matters
Southeast Asia has a large and growing community of TCG and digital card game players. Many players in Thailand and neighboring countries are interested in supporting MTG Arena officially, but current regional restrictions make access difficult.
Improving availability and regional support would help grow the MTG Arena player base across SEA and improve the overall player experience.
