I would like to report what appears to be a ranked season reset bug.

At the end of May 2026, I finished the ranked season in Mythic. When the season ended, my rank was correctly reset from Mythic to Diamond.

However, on June 1st, 2026, the game appeared to perform another season reset. As a result, my rank was reset a second time, dropping me from Diamond to Silver.

I had already received the normal season reset at the end of May, so the second reset on June 1st seems incorrect.

Unfortunately, I do not remember the exact match result immediately before this happened. I was playing normally, and after a match the client appeared to process another season rollover.

Could you please investigate this issue and verify whether my account was affected by an unintended second season reset?
