STR:
Play a non-green land with an adventure. (I used Jidoor, Aristocratic Capital). No other permanents on the board.
Have a Bloom Tender in hand. Mouse over the icon that shows you how many colors you have for Vivid. Note that it shows Blue only. (Instead of none, since lands have no color.)
Play your Bloom Tender.
Note that the Vivid icon now shows Blue and Green. (Green for the Bloom Tender).
Tap your Bloom Tender.
Note that you only get Green mana, not Green and Blue

Expected result: Vivid icon on arena correctly shows set of colors. Set of colors shown matches amount of mana produced.

Actual result: Bloom Tender's Vivid icon counts Jidoor as blue for its icon, but tapping Bloom Tender for mana does not count Jidoor as blue.
