So I was playing a really fun storm deck and I was going off on my turn, casting a ton of spells to try and bait out my opponent's counterspell “No More Lies” while keeping enough mana up to pay the “3” and also be able to cast wheel of fortune and brain freeze. I had Narset out so I wanted my opponent to cast no more lies on my wheel of fortune that would have left him without any card in hand to then have enough storm count to mill my opponent out. I did pay the three so my wheel wouldn't have been countered but I wanted to cast brain freeze on top of it but I'm pretty sure I never got priority. I might be wrong but I feel like it happened really fast. Then my wheel of fortune resolved and my brain freeze went to my graveyard and I lost that game the next turn.

Would it be possible, if that's not the case, to add a priority round especially for storm spells at instant speed. If it's already the case, well sorry for bothering you guys!
