Cant open deck edit

For the last 3 days I'll select deck i want to edit and then I get stuck waiting to connect to server.im on android. Side note : why wasn't arena brought to xbox? Im older and the print is too small for phone on some cards.id play so much more and spend more $$ if this was on xbox.
