Marvel Super Heroes Jump In Event Freeze
- Bug displays whenever I select "Marvel Super Heroes Jump In" Event to play.
- Platform: PC.
- Results: When starting a Marvel Super Heroes Jump In Event, I selected my first pack as normal. When I selected my second pack, I was returned to the home screen. Returning to the Marvel Super Heroes Jump In Event results in a screen where my first pack is selected, but no other packs are displayed to select and the option to "confirm pick" is greyed out (see attached screenshot).
- Expected results: I am unable to play, progress, or otherwise interact with the Marvel Super Heroes Jump In Event for the duration of this bug.

- No workaround yet discovered.

This issue isn’t resolved But their IT department just keeps marking requests to fix it as resolved.
Keep reopening your requests.
Eventually they’ll figure out how to fix it. -

same issue, tried yesterday and the issues still persist a day later. when i select the second pack it boots me to the home screen

I think they have enough images, so I'll just say the same is happening with me.
it took my coins, let me select the first part no problem, selecting the second part kicked me back to the start screen now I can't play or reselect the second pack. The event is just stuck asking me to confirm my choice. -

I have the same problem. I tried logging out, restarting, and repairing game files. It also is persistent across platforms. I was on PC when it first happened but if I open my iPad it shows the exact same problem.
Platform Windows 11 Steam build for PC and iPadOS 26.5 both show the same problem.

Also experiencing this bug now. Not sure what changed, literally played the same event like 4 hours ago with no issues. I see this bug report is from a couple days ago but is slowly affecting more people.
Also attached my log file and a screenshot of what I'm seeing as many others appear to be experiencing the same. Would like a resolution soon hopefully as the only thing I can afford to play other than ranked is unplayable.
