Jump in event packet frozen.

Its been over 24 hours now dealing with this issue.
Selected my 1st pack, then went to select my 2nd. After selecting my 2nd pack i got kicked to the main screen. Attempted to walk through the process again, the system still showed pack one selected but no 2nd pack to choose from or even one selected. After many attempts i found that after a lengthy period of time away i could go though the process again and actually select the 2nd pack only to then again be kicked out to the home screen. Rinse and repeat.

I'd love resolution of this issue and or a refund of my 1k gold to enter the event.

Me too! I haven’t even played the first game. The screen is freeze.

This situation just happened here as well. On my third run through Jump In Marvel, I selected my first pack (Blink) followed up by my second pack pick (Geniuses). After clicking submit I get returned to the home screen. I go back in to the event, click on choose packets and I get the situation shown in my screenshot.

Same here...
I played one game successfully (2 wins), then I paid 1000 again for the next one, and after selecting 2 packs, the game directed me back to the start, and when I tried to pick it up, I see "Choose Packets" where normally the option to pay would be, and after clicking that I see the same as in your screenshot: I see the pack that I selected first, but I cannot confirm it, and I cannot proceed.

Restarting the game didn't change this behavior
