I've also reproed by picking two of the same color twice first black, then blue. Once you get kicked out you have to wait a few hours, but eventually you are allowed to repick and then you can pick a non-mono colored pick for your second and it resolves and you can keep playing.

Had this exact thing happen to me, as many have stated prior to this, it seems this bug only happens when you select the same monocolor packets. Just got booted after picking two mono black packets. It seems if you disconnect long enough, it resets it back to the second pack selection. Super Janky, I hope Wizards fixes this soon, but I am not hopeful. Log Files attached below

I think this is happening if you attempt to pick two monocolor packets of the same color? I sent in a ticket when it was two black packets and eventually just gave up and picked a different packet for the second after getting it reset twice, and right now I just tried to pick two red packets (Heroes for Hire and Speedy) and got hit with the exact same bug. This really sucks.

This issue isn’t resolved But their IT department just keeps marking requests to fix it as resolved.

Keep reopening your requests.
Eventually they’ll figure out how to fix it.

I figured it out.

At least for me it only happens when both of the packs you select are the same color. Once you’re disconnected from the server long enough you’ll be able to select another pack, and you have to choose a pack that’s a different color.

First time, I tried to select two packs that were both mono black. Got the glitch. Logged out, selected a blue pack, it worked. Second time, exact same thing happened with two mono blue packs. Fixed it the same way. Third time, I just selected a red and a black pack and it worked perfectly, no glitch. Just now, to test my theory, I tried it again with two mono red packs - got the glitch again.

Not sure what happens with multicolor packs but you can probably get around the glitch by selecting differently colored packs.

its bs since we are missing out big time, jump in is the cheapest way to fill out a collection and the event is limited time only. they should compensate everyone affected by this issue with additional packs or gems. complain

Same issue. In my experience restarting the game never sesolved it, no packs appearing, i had to close the game, wait a bit(an hour to be sure), reenter and select a sifferent second pack(same pack still generates the error).

that has resolved always the issue, it happened at least 4 times to me(i played a lot of marvel jumpstart im the late days)

I have the exact same bug. But when I log out and come back, it asked me to pick my second pack again. If I select the original second pack I chose, the bug remained. But this time I selected a different second pack and the game let me through.

Same bug. If this helps, my first pack was Mayhem, and the second was Lethal.
The entry fee may be negligible, but I'm totally blocked from the Marvel Jump In now.
