"Connection Lost"
I can't get into arena since about 4 days ago. When I start up it says ‘Connection Lost’. The only options are ‘check status’ (which indicates the servers are fine), ‘reconnect’ (which does nothing), and ‘exit game’. I've restarted the computer and exited and restarted the game, but it makes no difference. I uninstalled and reinstalled, no difference. I asked about this with the normal wizards customer service, and they said they can't help and sent me to you.
