Double reset consolation rewards
On June the ranked ladders were double resetted. This resulted in people losing ranks for no reason. Now you sent a consolation rewards - 10 ghost packs with no cards. It's bad enough that people get unequal chances for ranking but you don't have to rub it in with non-working rewards.

This issue isn’t resolved But their IT department just keeps marking requests to fix it as resolved.
Keep reopening your requests.
Eventually they’ll figure out how to fix it. -

Pretty sure they screwed everyone and are now just doing damage control, unfortunately they don’t know what to do to actually fix it so they’re trying to avoid catching a case.

Not only that, but you should also get 2000 gold, nothing received and there has been no response from the MTGA on this.
