Rank error bug further bugs
I was part of the rank error bug. I got the notice with the 'claim' button. When I selected claim, it displayed i think '10' 'packs' (only one actually showed on the screen, and it was the default blue color). When I clicked on it, the game froze. I had no choice but to reload. When I came back, there was no way to tell what the reward was. Im not even sure it actually applied. This is the same thing that happened when the reward 'broke' the first time too...
