I just created an account. I wait during the first loading screen until there is a splash that says "loading initial screen" which is what I assume to be the tutorial. I wait there for a very long time, then, appears a second loading screen with an "A' logo that turn. This screen last indefinitely. I tried to wait for 30 minutes at one point and I do not get any progress. So far I have tried the following things multiple times each: deleting cache, deleting data, deleting app, waiting 30 minutes to see if it would load and contacting the customer support which redirected me here. I have the same problem across the playstore, steam and from an install from the official website. I believe this has either something to do with the tutorial, the marvel event or with the fact my username has "\\" in it.
