Hello, I am writing to report a bug and request a refund for a Quick Draft event due to a game-breaking bug that caused me an unfair loss. During my match, the game completely froze right after I cast a creature card. The card remained floating on the right side of the screen, and I was unable to cast any other spells, pass the turn, or take any other actions. Meanwhile, my opponent was able to continue playing their turns normally. After a moment, the game froze entirely, and nothing else happened. I immediately checked my connection, and my 5G internet was working perfectly fine with no latency issues on other apps. I have attached screenshots of the screen during the freeze for your review.
