Brawl allows for banned cards
I can run chrome mox in competitive brawl if I create the deck as a friendly brawl deck. So I make a friendly brawl deck add chrome mox and Que into competitive brawl. This is not cool.

I have played vs players in ranked brawl now that have been able to use time warp and chrome mox. The time warp player was able to take a total of 3 consecutive turns on turn number 4 due to what they had in their hand.
