They told me they don’t care in email and said put my feedback here so here is is. I also gave them a bad review on Apple. The following is my message to them. I got the standard unthoughtful copy paste email response. They say it’s just an algorithm and I’m just having unfavorable odds. That’s bs, I’ve played arena since it came out and I have maybe won 2 paid tournaments out of about 300. 80% of losses were manna problems, 10% were game crashing and I just lose and waste my time and money with no refund, or the final 10% where I feel I actually should have lost.

I almost hate this game now because of arena. I have played this almost daily for 4 or more years. Over time I have started to hate this game. I have spent money so many times and 80% of EVERY paid tournament either gems or coins, players or bots I’m CONSTANTLY GETTING DELT BS. I’m not just some player complaining it’s UNREAL how constant I’m dealt nothing I can use when it matters. I change my deck to have less lands and THATS ALL I GET. Or vise versa, I’ve lost the past 6 tournaments I used my LONG earned gems to play and I am knocked out immediately. IM A GREAT PLAYER, and this game is going to make me quit altogether. I can’t play in person so this is all I had. I’m so angry, and a game is supposed to be fun. I want this charge refunded, I was just looking. Hit the wrong thing. I’m never purchasing again until someone can look through my last 6 tournaments and tell me it’s fair. I’m going to start recording and putting on YouTube also… give me my money and some gems back and stop being thieves of your players.
