Possible bug / Product suggestion if not a bug
While playing in a match of Competitive Brawl, the turn countdown timer did not function correctly. How I understand it, as long as you are conducting game actions, the timer would remain "frozen" and only dwindle while "thinking" or sitting idly by. Also it appears that "Time outs" aren't being added as per the explained "3 turns without seeing the fuse will add an additional time out for future use."
I was piloting my deck based on Rowan, Scion of War and was consistently casting spells at a more than acceptable pace. As the deck is based around a combo structure, casting and recasting spells to build a "Storm Count" while digging for the card Dragonstorm to cast triggering the "Storm" ability of the card which copies it multiple times to pull a series of dragons onto the battlefield for a win. The problem I experienced is: while casting spells, selecting cards to discard, triggering Rowan's activated ability, or any other game action during my turn, the countdown timer continued to run; eventually displaying the "fuse" and continuing to run down even as I continued casting spells. Since I had not been provided the time outs as prescribed, my singular time out was used and immediately the "fuse" returned and again started to run down. Seeing this bug in real time, and not wanting to have wasted either the other player's or my own time, I cast Dragonstorm right before the "fuse" was empty. However, it continued to deplete through casting and then resolved without allowing any game actions on my part. [Casting of Dragonstorm resolved, triggering a "storm count" of 20+ thereby copying Dragonstorm that many times. All copies of Dragonstorm visibly were added to the stack; and then proceeded to resolve with a "failure to find" or "submit 0" selection for each casted spell and copy. This essentially voided my assured win by "skipping" my ability to resolve the pinnacle focus of the deck while depleting my life total, cards in hand, and wasting both players time in the match. Please see the attached screenshot, and provide a fix for the timer issue that appears to affect a deck that utilizes an ACTIVE combo-based strategy since building the deck used a large amount of resources in the form of "wilds" to build which required a copious amount of time grinding to acquire.
Thank you.
