Ashiok, Dream Render - Graveyard permenantly perpetually exiled
Opponent used ashiok, dream render’s ability once, then every card I had went directly into exile the rest of the game, skipping graveyard entirely - no other cards on board, emblems etc. to cause this to happen.
I chose to postmortem professor in my graveyard using amalia’s explore trigger - and it never hit my graveyard. I purposely chose not to move amalia to my command zone when it died to damage because I had Smile at Death in play - but it never hit the graveyard.
After I killed ashiok it still continued.
