I also encountered this issue and lost a game in draft because the game was stuck, my timers ran out and I auto conceded. In attachment is a log where the issue is reproduced in a Sparky bot match.

Confirmed. Same thing happened to me. I had Keys to the House on the battlefield, and tried to unlock the second room of Derelict Attic. It would not let me click on the button to unlock.
