When The Gitrog Monster and Orcish bowmasters are on the field, the land trigger outside of draw step for orcish bowmasters does not function as expected.

Steps in the order I encountered the issue:
* Opponent plays The Gitrog Monster on their turn, does various moves not related to the issue directly, nor plays anything that would prevent the interaction.
* My turn, I play Orcish Bowmasters. Do various things that do not affect the effects of either creature.
* Opponent's turn, they do their draw step, then enter main phase, with a couple discards, triggering The Gitrog Monster's effects, with no cards put into the graveyard or on the field that would affect the functionality.
* Orcish Bowmasters effect does not trigger on their draws outside of their draw phase.
