player attacking with too many creatures
a player attacked me with more than 250 creatures, i didn't block (protected) and i got the warning that i was inactive and would loose the game and finally lost without any possibility to interact oder to speed up the very slowly attacking creatures

I play a Squirrelgirl Commander deck, and any time I attack with 30+ creatures, and the opponent casts Teferi's Protection, it takes several minutes for the game to finish letting the creatures attack.
One creature will swing, and it'll be 20 seconds until the next creature swings. for 30+ creatures, this takes forever. For 50+ or so, it's game-ending, since I lose to timing out before the attack resolves.
This has happened to me at least 5 times so far.
