Bug: Unable to connect, probably due to some timeout
I am currently unable to open the game on Android, the whole loading Initial data step takes forever and at some point it says something went wrong and I can either check for Status or retry. Retrying does not resolve the Problem. Reinstalling mtgA from scratvh also does not resolve the Problem. It apeares to br some Problem with a Bad connection, BUT my WiFi connection is relativ fast and very strong, the network connection might be slightly unstable, but the hicups are short. The Problem is how Mtg handle those small hicups during the Initial loading and during Games. First of All, the startup time is way to long and on any small hickup the connecting to Server step also takes for ever, in addition it often happens during that step that Server and Client get out of sync wich makes continuing to play very Hard.
To reproduce these problems:
Long startup time:
1. Open the game on any Android device.
Crash during startup:
1. Open the game on any Android device.
2. During the long startup have a small disconnect or network hicup.
My Suggestion for improvements would be to reduce the startuptime in General, remove unneccessary startup steps, .
Implement a better automatic retry mechanism that does not have to restart from the very beginning, but can only retry the failed initialisation step.
Another freebe, the file upload on this bugreport Page should allow multiple files at the same time, navigating the file System 10 Times (especially on Mobile) to provider as much Information as possible is torture.
Thats why I had to ressort to a. zip file (for all the logs I could find, I had to rename it to a. log since. zip got blocked)
