Title: [Bug] Puppet Crafting does not turn an Overlord cast with impending into a creature

Summary:
When Puppet Crafting is attached to an Overlord that was cast for its impending cost and still has time counters on it, the Overlord does not become a creature, even though the card's text says the enchanted permanent should be a creature.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Cast [Overlord name] for its impending cost. It enters with time counters and is not a creature.
2. Cast Puppet Crafting targeting that Overlord and let it resolve.
3. Check the Overlord's card types.

Expected result:
The enchanted Overlord becomes a creature and can attack and block.

Actual result:
The Overlord remains a non-creature enchantment. It cannot attack or block, and its type line is unchanged.
