Zaffai bugging out
In my recent game playing my Zaffai and the Tempests deck, I reached 7 mana, cast Zaffai, then cast Karn's Temporal Sundering. Once the Sundering resolved, my game continued to allow me to cast multiple more spells for 0 mana using Zaffai's ability, despite that ability only supposed to be a 1x/turn option.

The same thing happened to me. I played the second game to make sure I wasn't crazy. I conceded both matches.
