Achievement
It seems the achievement for countering a hexhaven charm isn't triggering for me. I gave an opponent control of a prepared creature in a standard play matchmade game, they cast the prepared spell (peer review), which I countered with an offer you can't refuse. I didn't get the achievement, though.
