Ojer Axonil, Deepest Might not modifying damage
Ojer Axonil, Deepest Might not modifying damage on MTGA - Ojer had a prowess buff on board from a prior Swiftspear Teaching cast. I then cast End the Festivities which should have had it's damage modified from the 1 on the Oracle text, to 6 for the modification that Ojer should have applied. It is a noncombat damage deck and none of the pinging creatures are being modified by Ojer either
