Please handle delay of game by players
I have been playing MTG since 1998. It has customarily been the case in an in-person tournament that players are sanctioned for intentional delay of game. Today, I have resigned three matches because players are literally delaying each and every priority step by 20-30 seconds. This makes the game not fun to play. We all know (for the most part) our decks and our hand. So, in priority steps where not one card has been played, there is no reason for me to sit there until the timer goes to nearly zero for every card I do play, every card they play, every pre-combat, every pre-block and every end step. Please forgive the rant, but I am certain no-one wants a 20-minute match with maybe 5 total turns.

Even though they recently introduced a report feature for inactivity and idle play, I've seen zero evidence they act on it. It would be nice if they gave us tangible numbers on results
